One owner replies

Only approved facts
Prices, sizes and possession come from the list you approved. If it is not on the list, a person confirms.

The visit is booked
A time, a map, and the name of the salesperson. Reminders go out the day before and two hours before.

Before a project goes live
RERA, the local approval, and a bank. Then Prajak checks them.
A project stays a draft until those three documents are uploaded. It accepts no new enquiries until a Prajak super-admin verifies each one. Buyers later see them as trust badges.
